Add updated rank requirements

I checked the mmowned handbook out. And it says there that for the active member rank you need 5+ rep. And i have 9 so im guessing it isnt accurate.

Aswell as at which rank you get shoutbawx access.

Im betting many people would want to know the correct requirements for each rank - if any of the others are incorrect that is.

I believe you need contributor(80 rep) for the shoutbawx, or you can donate and get access that way. I could be wrong, but I believe these numbers are close to correct.

Donator or 40+ (60?) rep now, they changed it.

You need 40+ Rep and 50+ Posts for Shoutbawx access.
Aswell as 5 rep to be an active member, it might be slow to update, it was the same when I reached contributor, took me about one or two hours until it updated, for some it might take longer.
Active member just means your name will be white instead of gray and you won't be a leecher anymore.

I dont think so. Right now im a member. Which i achieved at 5+ rep. Im thinking that 15 or 25 rep is active member.

I thought the Established User (Active User + Shoutbawx) was at 45 rep. But I might be wrong
