@KuR...I think we should stop allowing the sales of items that can be purchased with credit cards.IE:

Celestial Steed,Transfers,Name Changes,ETC., this is due to the fact that people probally are using carded CC's.

Maybe only allow ID Verified members to post such arrangements?
because legit people with legit credit cards might be offering the service to make some spare paypal cash from those who are in a different region ortoo young for credit cards.

Creditcardpayments are very dangerous on the internets in general. So who doesn't want it to get stolen just don't use it.

Paypal is a third party. it can be refunded or stolen. I agree with KuR.
