Much like the greatly appreciated Gold Seller reviews, I believe a section of the likes of "Emulator Server Reviews" would be a great addition to MMOwned!
I would read them, definately - Good servers are hard to find; regardless of listing.

bad idea, server owners would just review their own server and make more and more accounts to spam the section with how amazing the server is.
If you need me you have my skype, if you don't have my skype then you don't need me.
Well like most sections, only some usergroups are trusted to give proper reviews; so just disregard leechers promoting their own stuff.
Then make a post limit? Only distinguished users and above can reply to threads?
Still can happen or server owners would go just as far to pay for the person to review it. Just make like mmowned top 100 or something to mimic xtreme100

It's a good idea, though hard to moderate. You can always put a post restriction on the section? (i.e. you need at least x posts)
Servers also come and go with every patch, unlike Gold-selling sites, that stay up for much longer. (In most cases)
I used to be a Super Mod. Now I'm just Super, thanks for asking.
That's only one section in a plausible review; how the server is established usually is what people base descisions on!
This is an arena tournament realm, they placed their NPC's there and there and it works.
This is a fun realm but the dozens of unorganized quest givers cluttered about really make a mess.
^General thought behind reviews.
You know, in depth; not just X doesnt work here
You can review private servers in the server listings forum. You can promote and review them there.
Users arn't able to reply there Ket, are they?
Nope we arn't. Only Moderators,Super Moderators and Admins can. I seem to remember I could when I was in the News Team to aswell.
