Notifications; Make them more noticeable like old MMOwned

The old MMOwned had more of a standout notification reference. When you had new notifications (not private messages) the text would go BOLD; on the new skin, it's always bold, so that doesn't really work (if it is even doing it at all, which I doubt.)
As well, when you got a private message, it would blink in red- this really caught my eye, and well, without it I completely missed the fact I had a new private message today until I went into my profile to edit my signature. Again, something small but, when you get time it would be great if you could make this work again.

The notifications link will now be red, and blink (if your browser supports it) when you have new notifications.
