articles-interviews section, your only able to see that it doesnt exist using chrome(i think).

It doesnt have anything to do with the reply button, except that i suggested that the image that isnt showing should be the reply image.

Yes at below; has been busted for me forever. I'd think a OS reinstall can = clearing out my cache.

I have latest chrome beta and I can see it fine, btw the button is like DS said try clearing your cache.

As I said above. no that isn't working as even after the OS reinstall 2 weeks ago pretty sure the cache was deleted; and just to appease, I did just clear my cache and it is still borked.

It's just a button missing an image, so it shows the 'alt' text in Firefox, but a missing image icon in Chrome.
