MMOWNED Server Idea

I know it's easy for some people to use private servers, but I have been trying for a long time now but always get some kind of error message.
Heres the Idea, All the modified files needed could be hosted on the website so that brain dead users such as myself and other are able to play on the server without hours of confusion and reinstalling etc.
