Just make the board readable only by registered users. (avoid leecher guests)
Keep the best exploits in a 'private' section readable only by members that have X amount of rep. to encourage the posting of interesting content and participation to the board community.

well now posters have the option to hide thread from unregistered users.. and the best exploits as always go directly to the elite section for a short period of time before they are given to the public section.
