It's all good, I'm sorry you feel that way though. The reason why I said that is because when someone confronts someone else in front of everyone else, it tends to create more drama than anything, and people react much differently. Knowing Cypher I'm sure he would of reacted differently if you would of sent him a PM.

I had a forum on my old private server, 700+ people daily... The team and I had great fun banning people who broke the rules, i don't see why it wouldn't be different here. Besides why would i donate if i knew nothing was going to get done about this problem?

with an attitude like this then you wont be missed.. cypher earned his rep legitimately and that is when it was actually hard to get rep here.. these days its piss easy. no offense to those struggling. Therefore he has the right to -rep who he wants just as you will when you reach legendary.

Wow you had 700 people daily... we have 330.000 members and still counting, we must be doing something right. For your information, you can only see 25% of the posts that are being dealt with. Just ask Jchunx or one of the newer mods who can see deleted and moderated threads. He was astonished about how much work the staff actually does.
