I don't see what the 45 second problem is... Patience?

It's basicly penalizing you for wanting to double check and for typos.

I like the idea of lower search timers for higher ranks

I think 45 seconds is to long.

To you people who say its not just think if your about to post a thread and want to make sure its not a repost you will probley be doing 10-20 searchs so that 45 seconds adds up alot.
