It doesn't matter about if you get pm spammed, its your choice, i think that it should be like emu/model experts, 80 rep +, so we can limit how many people can achieve the tag.

This has bees suggested many times and have been turned down...
I think the reason for it being denied was " Scamming is all luck " or somewhere along those lines.

But it would be a good tag for people knowing you are good with scamming so they can ask for help
