    Minimize Rep Power

    This suggestion came as I see lots of leechers giving +rep for stuff such as accounts and such.

    Some leechers have two rep, three, or even more rep power. They should be forced to only have 1 or even 0 rep. Once they get promoted of course, they will gain all of there rep power back.
