ID Verified bug

Hello,

I have paid the fees and completed all the steps necessary to receieve the id verified status, yet it has not yet been granted. sadly, i cannot re-do the steps, so please investigate my case and let me know if i did sometinhg wrong : )

i did upload it, did it not get approved? as i cannot undergo the process again and it has been a VERY long time already
