[MODS] Bought Donator (Twice) Transactions were approved and still have not received

I purchased the Donator role twice both deducted the funds however I have not received the upgraded account status... I contacted support and have not received word back even after bumping. It's been ~48 hours...

You can use the "contact us " button on the bottom of the page and open a ticket, it will speed up the whole process and an admin will look into your issue for sure

The response time was slow, however the issue is currently being investigated. The admins and support team were able to assist me and put us in the right direction.
