Threads getting rejected

I tried creating a thread in Runescape Buy Sell Trade, but it didn't appear after the message about moderation going away. What is the reason for that? I didn't receive any information about the rejection.

Hello,

There is a bug where reasons given for moderation are not going through. Your threads were deleted for the reason 'No external links(discord, website etc.) allowed unless Legendary thread.'
Please use CoreCoins to upgrade your thread to legendary.
