Thread Approval Update?

I have posted a marketplace thread which initially gave an alert that it will go through manual approval, usually within 6 hours. And that I shall receive a message about status update.
However, this alert is not shown to me anymore and the thread was not posted. I did not receive any updates in messages.

You can upgrade the trade thread to Legendary in the Thread creation/edit screen itself. Legendary thread costs CoreCoins.
Legendary trade is thread title colour change + external links allowed in title as well as thread content, will cost 10,000cc each week.

The external link in question is purely for our interview questions, would holding the interview process on OwnedCore (through Private Messages) and using the Trade System if the user gets approved by us be acceptable under the Free trade thread type?

Personal discord usernames are allowed, so you could include a discord name and do the interview there also. We just don't allow discord servers and shop links in free threads (not that your discord server is a shop server but we can't really manually verify each server on a case by case basis). Using PM to do the interview would also be fine although there has been some issues with the anti bot PM protection lately, preventing people from PMing, that our dev is looking into.
