But I wouldn't mess with my bios to improve my framerate... theres some more that can go wrong from that.

for one fps in cs doesnt go higher then 100 without developer 1 turned on...and anyways unless u play surf maps u dont need to turn it on another thing the OP forgot to add is dont forget to turn off VERTICAL SYNC in ur graphics cards settings...and in games (some games have it)

For max performencse you should use fps_max 101 , if it goes higher the screen may act weird.
