To be honest, getting a console should have nothing to do with its specs. It'll play any game that comes out for it. The only thing you need to ask yourself is, Do I really like Halo and Half-Life?

Also, You don't half of the crap you listed under the 360 price.

1 play and charge kit 15$
Wireless lan 60$
HD DVD Player 199$
Xbox live 1 year 60$
Total is 360 has everything the PS3 has out of the box: 733$

America must really suck, as for £225, you can get an xbox 360 elite, with half a year of xbox live, and 2/3 games, AND a play & charge kit.

Also, 360s look better. Its your opinion that they look crap. Its also your opinion that they fail.

Its also has nothing to do with the specs, as any games brought out for that console will be designed for those specs.

Also, as half of it is your opinion, I shall voice mine. PS3s suck. The games mostly suck. and as for the actual consoles... They feel like they'll break if it falls onto a pile of feathers.

This is the way i look at it....... a ps3 is basically a ps2 on steroids............... meanwhile, the Xbox 360 has much more and better features such as Xbox live and everything. Therefore, the 360 wins price wise and feature wise and game wise. Sure it has its flaws, but would you really pay like 200-300 dollars much for a drug addicted ps2? i think not

you having said that really makes me wonder if Zore made any other incorrect facts...

In terms of looks xbox 360 can have a modified faceplate, Ps3 can't modify ANY looks on it. What I like about the 360 is that microsft lets you customize to your own liking. You could buy network adapter, Hard Drives, Faceplates, cooling fans etc and add it to your xbox 360 very easily. IN the end it will probably cost abit more then the ps3, although the ps3 might have things you don't want in it. Some people just buy a console to play the games, to they save over 200$ by not buying a ps3, and they still have a high-quality gameplay. If they want to play on their HDTV, then they go buy a Hard Drive for high definition Tv's, and sell their old hard drive, so in the end the expense isn't that big.

Last time I checked, those are two completely different things :P Ps3 home is a virtual life game which I guess people find entertaining. The market place is a place to download things for the 360.

Also, the PS3 is pretty useless if you don't have an HDTV

/agree and when I said [user cp> edit profile> xbox live gamertag] I was talking about for mmowned. it has a spot for xbox live but not Ps3 so xbox 360's win :P
