Warhammer might have something new, as did AoC. And AoC was a disappointment to me. 40% of the people who switched to AoC from WoW have come back

Yeah thats becaus AoC is old boring, grinding wow, its just wow with a new combat system (and a few more things).
WAR is offering way more.

I played WoW for 3 years, its time to see some changes, to be a newbie again... Right now I know al class ablity's of WoW... WOTLK will be the same as TBC, just now T10 and S10... Nothing els, some more grinding, another prof (wow), and some new zones to grind your was to 80...

Thats it, I think war gives some changes

Totally agree, I don't even want to reroll a class... Its will be the same on 80 : doing nothing because there is no content

AoC was offering way more as well, the AoC hype was exactly the same as the WAR hype is, that turned out real good.

Going to play wotlk --> Darkfall.

I honestly don't think AoC hype can be compared to War hype. Did AoC have 800k + beta testers sign up? Do they have RvR Combat, PQ's, Tome of Knowledge? The only NEW thing AoC really brought was the real time fighting system. I think Warhammer will bring a WHOLE lot more overall and be so much better then AoC and maybe even WoW. This is all just speculation though =P We don't really know until the 18th of September so I guess thats when we'll really see things take off

Just played warhammer beta, ugh... not that great imo. Graphics are much better, but gameplay kinda blows..

Playing War beta atm, looks not so bugged tbh, all my spells work, all my quests work, no crashes in 4 hours playing ... Start is at least alot better then AoC (For me)... Very funny quests ... really... (This does not break NDA i think):
A quest where you have to fire at enemy mobs with a big cannon Like beeing a sniper, and thats only a level 2 quest xD

Already tried 4 classes, only maurador got a bug with mutations (Sometimes mutations go away) But thats it ... Now going for shaman xD
