Decent, Cheap Gaming Laptop

I am debating between these two laptops.

One is an Acer Aspire

The other is a Dell XPS( It is in a members-discount area, so i cannot link back to the actual Laptop)
But the specs of the XPS are:
PROCESSOR i3-370M 2.4GHz (3M cache)
Operating System is 64bit Windows
HD is 500GB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive
Memory is 4GB Shared Dual Channel DDR3 at 1066MHz
Video Card is ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5650 , 1GB
Optical Drive - 8X Slot Load CD/DVD Burner (Dual Layer DVD+/-R Drive)
Display is 17.3” HD+ (900p) Bright LED Display

I am unsure of which of the two is better overall for using WoW Cata on. Just rather be safe on the choice.
