Why are all my threads being deleted? I'm not violating any rules within them! My scam thread was deleted! (It was a good one! got 19 rep from it!) my GFX thread was deleted. What gives?

Moderation logs/reasons should be in your User CP.
I believe mods leave deletion notes when wiping/moving your threads.
If not, then you're obviously breaking a rule which you don't know about.
I'm sure they're not deleted without a good reason whatsoever.

I must ask, if I see a repost, should I use the report button?

In my opinion, if it's an obvious/well known repost, then go ahead and report it, but if it's just there sometimes, not well known, then might as well leave it.
