    Paypal is a joke

    So heres my story.
    Last month a guy scammed me for $45 that i tried to buy a steam account from. I made a claim with paypal the same day and waited until today. I waited 30 DAYS and finally i get an email today excited. Until i read it..
    Dear Matthew ,
    We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
    favor.
    We were able to recover $0.50 USD and this amount has been credited to you.
    Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.

    50 cents? wtf is that?

    PayPal sucks, i saw a joke once about a guy saying that they would trust a 10 yr old boy with MJ before they would trust 10$ with PayPal
