It shows very detailed specs about every part of your system, including temperatures, information about your overclocks, and fan speeds. It does a lot more than that, basically everything that any other program can do.

It can send temps to your taskbar and if you're on Vista, you can have it send info to the Sidebar.

It also has some benchmarks and stuff in there that are pretty neat.
