Make lightning. ::Photoshop::

Step 1: Open a new file, around 400 x 300 pixels. with a white background.

Go to FILTER > RENDER > CLOUDS

Step 2:
Go to FILTER > RENDER > DIFFERENCE CLOUDS. Then after go to IMAGE > ADJUST > INVERT it should look something like this:
Step 4:
6) Go to IMAGE > ADJUST > LEVELS . Pull your second triangle almost to the end.
Step 5: Press OK and your done ! .. Now you can press Ctrl+u and change the color of it


Pretty cool huh???
