[Tutorial] How to make an Animation in Photoshop

I made this tutorial for a friend, decided i should post this here because im sure other PS Noobs will be able to put this to use xD






HOW TO SAVE: IMPORTANT

Dont know how to Save/ what file to save it as?

Click File > Save for web and devices

CLICK SAVE, YOUR DONE

I Hope this tutorial has opened your mind to the next level, this works with everything. you can do a certain gradient in one from and do a totaly different one in the next frame. if you want it to go back to the first frame, copy the first frame and put it after your last. be sure to tween the second frame into the last one( which is a duplicate of the first) if that makes any since lol. works the same with renders, just have the render in one frame and in another have it in a different place--TWEEN. Have fun with animating.

Nice tut. Maybe continue the effect to blend into another text such as it fading all the way and fading back to another text?

ex:

"Text 1"
*fades down
"Text 2"
*fades up

I think that'd be tight for an animated banner, Ima try it once I get a request. Overall nice tutorial.

I was going to do the effect, but i just wanted to give the people new to PS the IDEA on just how to tween effect. i figured it out on my own, but if enough people request it, i will finish it.

very nice man, the other thing u can do is teach them how to animate sprites...

just a tip but yes it is a good overall TuT i think you should make a
photoshop version like a picture/text TuT as on image, then ppl can
save them and not have to find a page when using them

lol before i could animate i kept saving it as a png which for some reason didnt let me see the animation then i saved it as gif then it worked but i must say how do i save it animate and have good quality
