Internet problem?

Hey, I run my PC internet from the router downstairs and recently it's been messing up quite a lot and I noticed this that looked very strange:

3,000,000 sent and 100,000,000 received :S. Seems way too big :S

My internet is usually okay after I fiddle with the gateway settings a bit and flush the DNS but this seems a little strange, anyone know what the problem is/if there is a problem?

It does this every time, at least 10x the amount of packets that are sent are recieved, only on my PC as well.
My laptop is fine AFAIK.

i think you may be receiving connection from someone elses wireless connection in your area..

thats the best explanation i could give you.. you should star worrying if you have less packets received then sent
