HyperCam 2 . You can download it from : http://www.hyperionics.com/downloads/HC2Setup.exe
And then you put the options like resolution frame rate quality etc...

I use camstudio for computer screen recording (ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOT of options and is easy to use,its free too) and windows movie maker for editing.

although i use fraps for recording while i'm playing a game
