Need a lot of help: Wifi's Being Attacked and I don't know what to do.

I don't know who I have pissed off. I have added contacts I don't know very well but I've deleted them on skype (as if it does anything)
I've got wireshark to check for any incoming packets or what-not, and this is what i've seen.

EDIT: What you see here is recurring, it continues and always varies.

3-4 IP addresses, tons of colours and no idea how to be able to return to my gaming shenanigans.
I can go on the internet, without much of a delay, very minimal. But in-game I get huge delays and none of my friends do.
Someone explain how I can return formerly to what I was doing!

    P.S: I'm using a static IP!

Every IP address in that screenshot was initiated by your computer, so at least judging by what you have posted there it doesn't look like someone is trying to attack you. You could however have spyware on your computer that is initiating unwanted connections from your computer. If you're doing nothing else on your computer and constantly see new IP address popping up, then I'd lean towards spyware or a virus on your computer.

The black lines are dropped packets, that's pretty common, but it could possibly be a sign that your router is having issues. and needs to be replaced.

Thanks a ton, I was mainly worried about those IP addresses in wireshark.
My Wifi is more stable, nothing to worry about. It lasted two days. But thanks a lot for your help, I won't be as worried when looking at wireshark now
