Well, this being general [off-topic] chat and all I decided to just post something

I''ve noticed with a whole lot of posts that people always say like : +Rep .. but most of them can''t even +Rep So I was wondering.. how do they give +rep ? ...

Seems to me that not a whole lot of people read the +Rep Guides that are pretty cool to read all the pretty pictures and stuff ^.^

so just post a guide that's helpful to everyone link you in some rep /end o storya
this kinda has been over many times about how people say +rep but don;t give and garbage.....it's getting a lil annoying that people complain about it still(i kno your new iam just saying)
but either way welcome to the site and just contribute you will get rep sooner or later

well, point is [ I guess I wasn''t to clear about that >.< Sorry ] I was talking about the Actual +Rep [system] and not the reputation/respect amongst humans.
But than again, what I say can be very confusing + I wasn''t really thinking when I wrote this post and Yes I do get the point (s) you guys are saying
