    what to do next.

so blizz banned me for something i dident do, obviosly im pissed, this is the string of emails so far. but what to do next. got a friend who works for blizz, on the site. however i dont want to name him otherwise i think he might loose his job or something, but a little advice please?

    thanks

    Sam.

what a sham of a department.........

"Evidence in regards to this matter was presented correctly" firstly what evidence has been presented, as ive not been shown any evidence what so ever, this leads me to belive and the people i have forwarded this email onto (that includes members of the blizzard staff) have said that it seems they have no evidence, they have made a mistake and are trying to "keep face".

like ive said before remove the final warning or provide me with some solid evidence.

the internet is a mirror of society it still shows up the people who slip up and try to cover thier tracks ("keep face"), you can see such a mistake in this string of emails, such as someone saying they wouldent provide me evidence.

" We regret to inform you that we do non provide evidence of our investigations to our customers"

    and then.

"Thank you for your e-mail. Should you wish to request any personal data
relating to yourself held by Blizzard Entertainment, we would require a
clear, legible copy of a nationally recognised form of identification"

now are you going to give me some stright ansers or just keep lieing to me?

    Re: what to do next.

In the WoW terms of service agreement that you (and all of us) have agreed to it says that they can ban you for no reason whatsoever.
