you did pwn yourself.. you live you learn.. everyone makes mistakes but as long as you learn from it.

When you deal with money, make sure you have the money in your hands first because your the one taking the risk with something to lose.. The staff won't ban users for petty reasons.. and the rules are clearly explained when you sign up and reminders are visible all throughout the site.

I hope your able to learn from this, move on and do better the next time around.
