Please give your constructive feedback about the new color scheme and usability.
I don't think that any is saying that all the themes should be maintained, but there hasn't been ANY discussion of why there is such a strong desire to change the complete look of Ownedcore to a color scheme that isn't compatible with a huge amount of colored content.
As I've said the layout and the design of the new layout are much better and look a lot more clean and modern, but I'm not sure why you can't have the best of both worlds, unless there is some reasoning behind wanting the site to be a light background site. Basically right now you can look through any number of trade threads and see that a LOT of them are totally incompatible with the new theme. The MOST baffling thing is how the situation has been handled. The color scheme was released and all I saw in the bawx was people commenting about how bright it was, hurt their eyes, and didn't work with thread color. Yet the scheme was pushed forward such that even the darker theme was intentionally modified to something even more to the other extreme.
I fully support you updating the site and making it easier to maintain. The new theme looks good, but has some serious issues. This should be your usability testing telling you that your users aren't comfortable with the change. I'm not trying to rip on your hard work, I'm providing feedback.
