E3 or Dreamhack, which is largest?

Hello boys and girls. Me and a friend are arguing whether Dreamhack or E3 is the largest computer festival. Could you help us settle this? Dreamhack claims on their website to be the largest but E3 had 300.00 registered unique visitors compared to Dreamhack's 200.000!

Dreamhack is the largest LAN event, E3 is more of a general gaming convention as far as I am aware.

E3 is an expo, it's not really for computer fans in general, just for companies to showcase their stuff. I think it's meant to be somewhat exclusive, so it really shouldn't be the "largest" event.
