How to stop a Chargeback on Paypal

anyone know how to stop a chargeback in paypal for WoW gold? I don't know if this is in the right section but phuongeywlkp scammed me, bought my gold, then chargedback the money on paypal. How can I not refund the money?

Most likely,, he used a hacked pp to pay you
in several hours, paypal will automatically file a claim of chargeback.
I'm afraid u have to refund, not to the buyer of course, but to the paypal owner.
That's why i dont like paypal. too risky. and i ask paypal payment be hold for 12-24 hours to verify its validity

Back in the day I would make an Australian PayPal account because they didn't have such transaction limits (sending/receiving) as US accounts. I'd just close it immediately after a transaction and then make a new one each time I did a transaction.
They send money to my AUS PayPal, I send it from that AUS to the US, then I'd still have the money.
