Should i buy?

I found a 70 hunter with epics/rares i think and i can get it for 60euros but the guy "doesnt know the sq/a or cd key". So im not sure if i should buy it because couldnt he just take the account back with just those two things, or does he need the e-mail too?

I would suggest not buying , this guy probably doesn't even own the account .
