I.D Verified?

Hello Everybody, I'm trying to get I.D Verified... Where do I start? I've spent the past few hours looking throughout the entire forums and found nothing about where to begin. I've checked the FAQ and I guess nobody else has ever had this question... There is no thread or topic about this. If anybody can help please let me know! thanks

http://www.mmowned.com/forums/payments.php it takes time once you submit, pm Ket after 2 weeks if you still do not have id verified, making threads on it won't speed up the process.(in the future, you wouldn't have been the first to to get it a little delayed. hell it might be with in a week, idk. not my department so to speak)

To add on this subject i too applied for the ID Verification, sent in a picture of my license. it was a pretty clear picture, so I'm hoping there won't be any problems.
Does it have to be a scanned picture?
