Al gore is suing her! (Not sure if this information are for fun or for real, sound more like to be a joke.)

Brilliant... hm, maybe in a way but now she will have problem when people are suing her, and i bet alot of people will sue her. So i peronally dont think she is clever

You can't sue a person. Only an organisation/business etc. The worst that will happen is she has to loose ownership of the sun and pay court fees.

I don't know how international situations like this work - but in the English law-system it's very restricted what you can do. You can file a lawsuit against that person, but you can't literally sue them. If you get fined more than you can actually pay up, you don't have to pay it... Nor do they come and take all your belongings etc.

Thats the word i was looking for, dont know the diffrence about sue and file a lawsuit. Whats file a lawsuit ? Does that involve money? sue = companies and file a lawsuit= people ?

It's all different depending on the countries laws and systems. Every country would have a different system. In an international situation like this I don't know how it works, but if it was in the UK not a lot could happen to that person (I'm English so I've only studied this law-system). :/

edit: I'm not so sure any more, I did some quick googleing and I'm really not sure any more. I may have been taught wrongly, or perhaps it only applies to different types of businesses. Or I could be right.
