[PayPal] Problem

Hello Everyone,


I have been using my PayPal for quite some time now, but only when I attached my Pre-Paid Credit Cards to the account. I recently sold something on eBay, and right now I got about seventy dollars in my account balance. The only problem is, my Credit card is out of money, and I can no longer buy anything with it. Whenever I try to buy something online, it says that I need my Credit Card information, when I put in the Information, it try's to charge my Credit Card instead of actually using any of my PayPal balance. Can I somehow change it to only charge my PayPal balance?

P.S. - I have a Canadian Account.

The only possible solution I could think of is to apply for a PayPal credit card.
