PC build, feedback please?

hey so im geting a new pc soon and i believe ive gotton just the right mix of components for my budget (1275 ish $usd), so if possible could some of you hardware savvy ppls evaluate my build? im ordering the parts and having a freind build it, not from a retailer. i will be OC'ing the GPU, but probably not the CPU, and all the fan ports on the case will be filled

Beast, make sure it's a steel case, umm you may want a bigger power supply, and get good processor fan other than the factory one.. and you should be set.
