hacked account update

so i got my account scammed the readers that read my previous post know the crack
anyways i rang blizz and they said fill out there webform the only thing is i dont have my original cd i only have my tbc key and my secret question anwser.
will they let me off with the tbc key?
help advice will help alot guys

Well if you had read the form it says if you dont have one or both of the keys then you should provide some photographic evidence of who you are. Like a passport or a Drivers license.
