G35 headset, contact Logitech support?

Hi! I don't know where to post this.

I bought my Logitech G35 headset a year ago, last summer. And it's worked great up until now, the cord that comes with the headset entangles all the time, and I have to untangle it once a month. I did this just now, and now the headset does not work anymore. I have tried to unplug this headset for an hour, but still nothing.

Does my warranty cover this? So sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Call up the company and give them the model number and the date of purchase. I exchanged a faulty mouse. Logitech stuff is engineered to break over time.

I have 8 USB 2.0 contacts. None of which works. It also happened right after i untangled the headset.
