Since it seems like alot of you getting virus and maybe already got virus already(not specific MMOwned but all dudes and dudettes around the internet), I thought I'd make a guide about how you can easy remove virus and don't have to format the disk you've got virus on.

If you know your computer is seriously infected you can download Combofix. Combofix will analyse all the files created the last month. So it will only analyse a couple of minutes before it will remove all infected files. Works good if you've got the MSN virus or Rouge virus (Virus that tells you you've got alot of viruses and trojans on your computer and that you will have to buy it to remove the harmful files). When you download Combofix you have to download it, i.e. save it to your computer. If you just press "Run" it's a change it might not run as intended.
NB! Some anti-virus protection says that Combofix is a virus, but it's 100% clean from viruses. De-activate your anti-virus before running Combofix, turn it back on when done with it.

If you haven't got a anti-virus and want to be protected in the future then "Panda CloudAV" is a good option. It's free and protects you from all kinds of viruses.

If you want you can use anther anti-spyware, like e.g. Superantispyware or Malwarebytes Antimalware.

Superantispyware and Malwarebytes Antimalware is 2 really good anti-spyware/Adware programs. Yet it doesn't scan files that are already running,just "On-Demand". (Remeber not to use two anti-virus programs at the same time, it can pretty much fu** up your computer) It's also good if you've got a keylogger of any kind, that takes you WOW/steam account.

If you've got a MSN virus, that sends alot of link to your friends, then you can download MSN Virus Cleaner. It only scans for Instant Messaging (MSN Yahoo AOL) Viruses, so don't use it if you just want to clean "regular" viruses from your computer. You can also use Combofix for MSN viruses.

If you want a firewall Comodo is a good option, that's free aswell =) During the installation you will get asked to isntall a anti-virus aswell. If you've got an anti-virus already you should NOT install it.

If you just want to check for viruses you can do an analys with Panda Activescan. 'Tho you must be a member if you want to remove the viruses that is found, and to do other analyses like an analyse of the memory, or a special folder that also requires membership.

Couldn't we just as well get a good, well-known virus protection service, and be 100% it works properly.

I used NOD before I started using PandaAV, Panda found 13 viruses that NOD didn't even knew existed.
