Suggestions for my tech support site.

Hey all,

I've been working on a tech support site and have setup some really cool things, now as far as forums and such go i would love to hear you suggestions on this or anything that i can help the end user experience as possible.

The SITE.

Before I put the site on google/yahoo wanted to hear what you guys thought as some of you are really talented when it comes to things like this. Also the main goal for the site is a mix between P2P support and eventually live support as well if and when a profess. team can be put together (2 so far).

UPDATE: You may post in my suggestions section of the forum, no account needed. This is not advertising once again, I just need some honest opinions. =D
