I need some better info for my computer upgrade.

So i will get a computer upgrade soon..

I'm was trying to get Invidia or ATI but i can't find them here where i live :S
So i need help with a computer upgrade.. I mostly need help with the Processor & Graphics Card


Current spec

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE
RAM : 1 GB
Processor : Intel Core CPU 6300 1.86GHz

Upgrade:

Graphics Card: MSI GeForce NX7950GT, 512MB 1,4GHz DDR3
RAM : 1GB DDR400, 184pin, PC3200, 400MHz Corsair ( x2 ( that will be 2 GB ) )
Processor : LGA775 - Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13GHz 1066FSB 2MB cache,
EM64T, VT, EIST, X D, Retail
Monitor : 20 Acer AL2017 LCD

Think this upgrade will be good? I want a big change on my computer.. I don't know much about specs but i know a little, So feel free to suggest something else or something..
I'm mostly not sure about the graphics card if it will be that big of a change so i need more info.

I'm basicly asking you if i should upgrade my Graphics card, processor or soemthing..

By the way: I have never tried MSI cards before.. only ATI & Invidia
