How do i put a sig and an avatar on?

Sup...I'm kinda new >_> and I was just wondering whats the requirements to put a signature on and your own avatar......as you can see i'm using the one they let you use on the website ._.

when your out of leecher you can get sig and avatar you find it in User CP...(you have 5 rep so out of leecher soon :P)

Did you upload it? you can still show ur sig w/o having the required rep. just need to type it at the end for now.
