I can assure you that VALVe can tell when you use this... however, they don't give a shit :P.

For example, when they released the Scout update for TF2 a good number of people used this to unlock all of the scout's new weapons. About three days after the release of the update, VALVe went and "suspended" those person's unlocks for one week. Yea, that was it... the only thing that they did to those who used this program was take away all of their unlocks for one measly week and after that everyone got them all back.

So use this program all you want and to your heart's content. I have never heard of anyone getting a VAC ban from using this unlocker, again worst thing they will/can do is take away your achievements.

And I figured out how the found the people!
There are not only achievements saved, but also statistics, which is all your REAL information (how many kills, etc).

So, when you have an achievement called "healed for 1000 hp" and you can see in the statistics that you haven't, they can figure it out.

AND..
Therefore, rck made a 5.0 which can edit statistics..

on TF2 there are servers that give you all the achievements.

What i wanted to say is that if tf2 has those servers i m pretty sure u can rent a server in any steam game and run script.
