The webbrowser element is just IE in your form.
It uses the same cookies, resources etc.
Your webbrowser will never be faster than IE and will share it's vulnerabilities.

If you don't believe that it's actually IE visit http://wieistmeineip.com/ with your browser and read at "Your browser:"

If you want your completely own browser you need to generate web POST/GET methods and your own html parser.
Sounds easy, but gl and hf doing that.

or
Sucking at whatever paint program you use.
