how do you know that it will "fail"? have you ever played it before? can you see into the future? im guessing no but prove me wrong.

warhammer isnt even that bad of a game, just because it isnt as big and popular as wow doesn't mean it fails.

I personally dont think its going to be all that great.. first off its already outdated because its been in developement sooo long...

another huge hype and fail just like AoC.. WoW is the king for now and it will stay that way untill another mmo can challenge its content.

Darkfall is not supposed to be a WoW killer. Mainly a niche market game. On that level it could possibly be a success ala Eve Online.

Have you read what they talk about in their interviews? They dont give a shit if it beats wow, they have a good enough community base to support their game. This game is going to take the "Real" wow players if any... the players that played pre-bc and what little real pvp there was in wow, and the semi-difficult pve players will move onto a better game. Darkfall spent no money advertising, so they arnt trying to build up hype.

I will def play... although i think im going to wait for at least a month, so it wont be so bugfull as most mmos are at first... although ppl are indicating that it is very stable, but just lacks content...

Darkfall is going to be a small game for the really hardcore players - the 1337 of the 1337

I have never laughed so much for the past 6 months than when I heard that this is the new Ultima Online. Otherwise than that I think it looks kinda cool. I will surely give it a try.

I will play it as well, but will go WoW>DarkFall always unless this game blows me away.
