MMOwned spam bug ?

Well,i`ve been browsing the forums for some quite time and decided to join...After i made and activated the account,i need to wait for the Admin tp activate my account.That happened 24 hrs later,but I recived 6 e-mails,with the same content,about that activation.is that a bug? If it is,I`m just giving you a suggestion to fix it,so that it may not annoy other memebers.I have screen-shotted my inbox.Here`s a thumbnail :
