    President George W Bush

    All politicians are prone to make slips of the tongue in the heat of the moment - and President George W Bush has made more than most.

    The word "Bushism" has been coined to label his occasional verbal lapses during eight years in office, which come to an end on 20 January.

    These are some quotes from his speeches where he made mistakes, Mirrior, and stupid statements. IE: "Rarely is the question asked: Is our children learning?" "Is our" does not make sense in the english language, he should have said " Are our", another example: "As governor of Texas, I have set high standards for our public schools, and I have met those standards."... just what president says that? Another example to help you understand is, at one speech Sarah Palin said " I can go out on my deck at night and see the moon." It's just dumb, what's it have to do with politics, I can go out at night on my deck and see the moon too. He posted these b/c they are his mistakes in speeches and pure idiotic remarks, and because they are funny as hell once you read over them.
