What to do when gamegoods.co.uk want to sue you?

Hi i used the scam : How to double your gold you bought on websites (http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-sc...-websites.html)
and i got this email from gamegoods : Dear Customer

Thank you for your query.

Ýour gold has been delivered there was no mistake with your order, we have
delivered to: Tinkywink, server: bronzebeard.alliance, amount 300 gold. If you
require proof we can provide screenshots, and if this is a case of fraud then we
will be forced to take further action.

IF i say that my char whas not named Tinkywink bud Tinkywinky and that it whas my fault?would they send me the gold? or would they sue me for fraud? what happens if they sue you?i used fake info for the paypal and register in the site , can they track your ip?and they i got next morning cops in my house? they are stationed somewhere in UK , i live in netherlands
Should i should stop trying to scam them? or are they just talking bullshit and must i go scam them ?:P

They are unable to sue you. It's a false threat. Though the "and they i got next morning cops in my house?" made me snort coffee all over the table.
